Local stresses (analytical, FVA 30)

Calculation of the local stresses for all cylindrical gear stages (topological calculation) according to FVA 30.

The calculation is performed analogous to the calculation according to FVA 30 (RIKOR), based on the influence coefficient method and the plate model according to Schmidt for determining the local stiffness of the tooth flanks.

The following values are calculated:

• Local load distribution
• Local pressure distribution
• Specified flank form
• Contact pattern
• Proposed topological modification for various correction criteria
• Proposed tip relief according to SIGG
• Local geometric loss factor (transferred to power loss calculation)
