The number of mesh positions used for calculation of the local parameters. Only fixed values in steps of 6 between 12 and 72 can be selected, as the number of Fourier coefficients are calculated from the number of mesh positions divided by 6.
This is due to the fact that at least 6 interpolation points are required to clearly describe a sinus curve by a Fourier transformation.
